She has held leadership roles with global industry giants, managed transitions through multiple mergers and acquisitions and championed investor interests to ensure successful recruiting initiatives to secure talent in key management roles from CEO to functional business leaders.

Ms.Curtis has been an executive and senior leader at Thomson NETg (subsidiary of Thomson-Reuters, sold to Skillsoft) KnowledgeNet, Mastering Inc., and Eagle River Interactive.

She has held prominent decision-making roles in human resources with Dial Corporation, American Express and ICI Composites, Inc.

Ms. Curtis has a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
